Champion manufactures DBMC bricks using high-purity raw materials such as seawater magnesia, fused magnesia-chrome co-clinker, and high-grade chrome ore. Advanced mixing and pressing systems, coupled with firing temperatures above 1800°C, ensure superior direct bonding and structural integrity. A special post-firing treatment is employed to optimize spinel formation, resulting in high room-temperature strength, reduced permeability, and excellent resistance to fayalite-containing slags.

These refractories exhibit outstanding resistance to sulphate attack, corrosion, and slag penetration, ensuring longer lining life and stable furnace performance.
